In the spring of 2026 our research group conducted a questionnaire survey among 734 secondary school students on their health literacy and health awareness. The research report below presents the key findings across ten topics. It examines food consumption patterns, students’ nutritional knowledge (particularly regarding nutrient sources), their awareness of dietary issues, and their ability to translate this knowledge into everyday decisions. Additionally, the report explores students’ social media consumption regarding physical activity and nutrition, body image perception, physical activity levels, the role of the school environment and educators in health promotion, and overall subjective well-being.
