Gabriella Rédling-Szabó teaches physical education and mathematics at the Zrínyi Ilona Hungarian-English Bilingual Branch School of the Zoltán Kodály Central Primary School in Kaposvár. She completed her university studies at the University of Kaposvár and the Hungarian University of Sports Science. She has been teaching upper primary students for 18 years. In recent years she has also qualified as a volleyball sports instructor (2017, University of Kaposvár), a swimming coach (2019, University of Kaposvár) and a teacher with a professional examination (2018, 2020, University of Kaposvár). She is currently the form teacher of a Year 8 class. Alongside her teaching work she coaches at the volleyball department of the Kaposvár Sports School, training a U15 and a U20 team. In her free time she enjoys travelling, hiking and sports.

 

Péter Horváth teaches physical education, English and target-language civilisation at the Bilingual Branch School of the Zoltán Kodály Central Primary School in Kaposvár. He graduated in 2008 from Eszterházy Károly College in Eger as a teacher of English language and literature and of physical education, and in 2011 he obtained a university degree in English teaching at the same institution. A few years ago he also qualified as a remedial physical education teacher at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He is currently the form teacher of a graduating class. In addition to his teaching work he takes part in numerous projects as a presenter and organiser (for example organising study trips to England and administering language examinations). To facilitate the teaching of physical education in English and to establish a consistent terminology, in 2016 he compiled a publication entitled “Teaching Physical Education in English”, which he regularly updates and revises.

 

Imre Mező teaches physical education and biology at the Károly Gubányi Primary School in Pilis. He completed his college studies at the Eszterházy Károly Teacher Training College in 1993. He has been teaching lower primary, upper primary and secondary school students for more than 15 years. He also obtained a qualification in human resource management in education at Eötvös Loránd University, and is currently pursuing studies in public education management and a teacher professional examination at Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church. In the 2025/26 academic year he is the form teacher of a Year 5 class. Alongside his teaching work he spent eight years as a coach at the handball department of RÉV TSC, training U8, U9 and U10 teams. In his free time he enjoys reading, DIY and sports.
