On 3 December 2025 our research group took part in the scientific symposium of the Public Education Development Research Programme of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. At the event, the research groups completing the first four-year research cycle of the programme presented their results, certificates of recognition were awarded, and the new research groups were introduced. The professional forum featured a number of presentations: on ways of supporting reading motivation embedded in school subjects, on developing students’ reading comprehension with digital tools, on teaching problem-based language learning, on good practices in mentoring disadvantaged students, and on a board game developed to strengthen the partnership between parents and schools. The event provided valuable professional inspiration and new opportunities for collaboration.
